JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Server creates welcoming and memorable dining experiences for Tigh-Na-Mara guests through friendly, attentive, and professional service.

This guest-facing role provides food and beverage service throughout Cedars Restaurant and Lounge while working closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage Team Members to support smooth and efficient service.

The Server anticipates and responds to guest needs, provides knowledgeable menu and beverage guidance, and helps ensure dining and service areas are organized, prepared, and maintained to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver welcoming, professional, and attentive food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily features, beverage offerings, and relevant resort offerings to confidently assist guests.
- Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs,



requests, and concerns throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and Food & Beverage Team Members to support smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for use.
- Follow all liquor service, food safety, health and safety, and company service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Valid Serving It Right certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Able to work efficiently, remain organized, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment is considered an asset.

COMPENSATION $18.25 per hour + gratuities
