Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cashiering responsibilities with precision
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen stations, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed, adhering to all food safety protocols
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns,



and ensuring a positive dining experience

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Great teamwork skills with both front and back of house team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and upselling opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
