Duties

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance the dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing of transactions
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling and math calculations
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing excellent guest service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery,



supporting overall restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables without compromising quality or guest satisfaction
- Support food preparation activities when needed, adhering to food handling protocols and safety regulations
- Assist in guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
- Background in hospitality or serving roles that demonstrate adaptability and teamwork is advantageous
