Roles and Responsibilities

Servers will create a unique service experience to our guests. Servers must practice proper steps of service.

Primary duties include:

- Servers are expected to work as a part of a team.
- A positive, friendly demeanor and the ability to stay calm and poised under pressure is a must for success in this position.
- Treat each guest as though they are guests in our home.
- Anticipating the needs of our guests before they realize that there is a need.
- Actively study and learn new beer and food that is being created in our brewery and restaurant.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Collect payments from tables
- Prepare checks
- Help food preparation staff when necessary




- Responsible for all opening, closing and ongoing side work as well as ongoing cleaning of the restaurant.

Qualifications

Server qualifications for success

- 21 years of age
- B.A.S.S.E.T Certified
- Serve Safe Certified

- Customer service in a quick-paced environment
- Communication skills
- Leadership and Teamwork qualities
