- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Document production activities accurately, including quantities produced and any machine issues encountered
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Basic understanding of sewing techniques and machine operation is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Robust attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
