GBM Glass & Mirror Inc. is looking for a full-time Showroom Sales Associate / Receptionist to join our team in Scarborough.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Introduce our glass and mirror products and services to customers
- Prepare basic quotations and follow up with customers
- Communicate with customers regarding measurements, orders, and installation schedules
- Handle basic office documents and administrative work
- Coordinate with our sales, production, and installation teams

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an asset
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks




- Sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in the glass, construction, renovation, windows/doors, or building materials industry is an asset, but not required
- Training will be provided

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Day shift

Location: Scarborough, ON

Start Date: Immediately
