Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Siding Foreman to lead and oversee siding installation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards while delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise siding installation crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute siding projects
- Coordinate daily work schedules, materials procurement, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure siding work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating to optimize project profitability
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6 for project documentation and communication




- Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in siding installation or related construction fields
- Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards in construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and project scheduling to keep projects on track
- Effective communicator with leadership qualities to motivate teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors
