Site Property Administrator

Location: Scarborough The Site Administrator is responsible to report to the Property Manager and/or Assistant Property Managers. The Site Administrator is to keep their Managers informed and up to date on any business or issues, which develop on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

· To provide clerical support at the site with guidance of the Managers

· To maintain residents data base and set up relevant recent owner files and updates changes as required.

· Visits and inspects properties periodically with the Property Manager and may direct maintenance staff to undertake specific duties.

· Good communication skills with owners/board members/tenants in the building.

· Receives incoming mail, directs to the Property Manager and expedites out-going mail.

· Attends condominium monthly and/or annual meetings as directed; acts as recording secretary or scrutineer; types notices of annual meeting agendas, Manager’s Reports,



Minutes and mails to registered owners and approved others of Board Meetings.

· To receive messages/calls from residents, owners and public concerning complaints and repairs, notifies Property Manager; arranges for repairs as directed by Property Manager and responds appropriately to urgent problems in the absence of the Property Manager. Follows up as necessary to ensure that repairs/services have been completed or resolved satisfactorily.

· At least1 year office experience.

· Strong computer skills and some accounting background.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
