The Job:

We're looking for a reliable, motivated Skilled Labourer to join our crew. Concrete restoration experience (repair, patching, resurfacing) is a strong asset for this role.

Pay:

$29–$32 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assist with various construction tasks on-site, including form setting and stripping
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support equipment operators and trades as needed
- Help with site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring:

- Concrete restoration experience is a strong asset
- Previous construction experience is an asset
- Equipment operator experience (e.g., skid steer, telehandler) is an asset
- Concrete finishing experience is an asset




- Robust work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to travel within Manitoba
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Safety training (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection) is an advantage
