The University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine seeks a full-time academic scholar in Small Animal Surgery.

This position may be filled at either the Assistant or Associate Professor rank, depending on qualifications. Professors will primarily teach undergraduate students, emphasizing both didactic and hands-on surgical skills, while also participating in clinical duties across various veterinary practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Teach basic and advanced surgical skills in the DVM program
- Conduct clinical skills laboratories and rotations




- Develop assessment strategies to ensure effective learning
- Engage in research related to pedagogy and curriculum design
