We deliver building maintenance and construction projects for strata, commercial, and residential clients. We’re hiring a hands-on technician who can run jobs, solve problems onsite, and communicate clearly with team and clients.
What you’ll do
- Carpentry & repairs: doors/hardware, trim, framing, drywall patch/finish, minor concrete/floor leveling.
- Paint prep & touch-ups; basic tile/caulk and minor glazing fixes.
- Drive between jobs; keep sites protected, clean, and on schedule.
What you bring
- 2+ years in building maintenance/carpentry (service or reno).
- Strong troubleshooting; can work independently.
- Valid driver’s licence; reliable transportation (company truck available).
- Own basic hand/power tools; can lift 50 lb.
