Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled General Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will perform a variety of hands-on tasks across different phases of residential construction projects. Your enthusiasm for building and your willingness to learn will help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

- Complete general construction tasks independently and to a high standard
- Assist with general site cleanup, material handling, and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist in project execution
- Help with demolition, restoration work,



and site preparation for various construction phases
- Identify what needs to be done next and take initiative without constant supervision
- Troubleshoot basic job-site issues and communicate when direction is required
- Tow trailers as required

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years in construction
- Experience towing trailers
- Well versed in various construction processes is an asset
- Finishing skills is an asset (trim work, paint, installing flooring, etc)
- Robust work ethic with dependability and a positive attitude on-site
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Own a basic tool set

What We Offer

- $25–$30/hour starting wage based on experience
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Company truck provided once position has been established
