Inc. is a local, Brantford-based residential construction company with over 27 years in the renovation industry. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. Our qualified and friendly team is ready to tackle an exciting lineup of projects scheduled for 2026 and we are looking for an experienced renovation carpenter to enhance our team.

Qualifications

Applicants must be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of recent experience in the following trade skills:

- Framing
- Drywall
- Painting
- Window Installation
- Door Installation
- Trim Work
- Cabinetry Installation
- Intermediate knowledge of carpentry tools and other carpentry-related skills

Additional Assets:
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour and able to communicate with clients
- Time management and organizational skills
- Safety conscious
- Leadership and supervisory experience not required but considered a strong asset





Applicants must provide evidence of the following additional qualifications:
- Valid G level drivers license
- Clear Criminal Record check
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada

Additional Job Details

- All work performed will be in Brant County or the extended areas (including the GTA)
- Employees will use a company truck to travel to and from job sites. Gas is paid for by the company. A personal truck is not required.
- Employees will use company tools. Personal tools are not required.
- Compensation will be determined based on experience - the rate listed will be used as a guide
- Leadership and growth opportunities will be available for the right person

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
