As a Housekeeper at Mount Washington Alpine Resort, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our Slopeside Accommodations sparkling clean and welcoming for guests and staff alike.

From fluffing pillows to tidying up après-ski messes, you’ll help create a warm and relaxing environment that feels like home—just with better views!

Key Responsibilities:

- Suite Sweetness: Strip, linen, and clean guest rooms with speed, precision, and a touch of flair.
- Room Rodeo: Tidy up kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms following our cleaning guidelines.

- Guest Relation: Greet guests and staff with a friendly, approachable attitude—smiles are part of the uniform!
- Professional Polish: Maintain a clean, professional appearance (long hair tied back, please).
- Respect the Nest:

Treat all equipment and property with care—no wild rides on the vacuum!
- Suite Detective: Spot and report any issues (mechanical, structural, electrical, or missing items) to the Team Leader.
- Safety Scout: Follow all health and safety regulations and report hazards promptly.
- Lost & Found Hero: Label and hand over lost items to the Front Desk like a treasure hunter.

- Policy Pro: Follow all departmental policies and standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina-you’ll be on your feet and moving all day!
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right snow-star!
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Resort Conditions: Working at a Winter Resort means no two days are the same—and that's part of the adventure! You’ll get to experience a variety of unique locations, from cozy lodges to scenic mountain-top venues only accessible by chairlift. Be prepared to embrace the elements; whether it's bluebird skies, fresh snowfall, or the infamous coastal rain.

Expect to navigate multi-level lodges, steep stairways, and outdoor areas where the terrain can be sloped, snowy, or slippery, so good footwear is essential, indoors and out. Walking through large, icy parking lots is also part of the daily journey. If you love fresh air, stunning views, and a workplace that keeps you on your toes, this is the spot for you!
