You Will

- Safely operate snowmaking and related equipment, performing pre and post operation checks.
- Perform daily light maintenance (topping up fluids, cleaning interior and exterior, greasing, and fueling of machine).
- Layout, connect and charge hoses during setup.
- Monitor and adjust snowmaking pumps and guns as required.
- Discharge, disconnect, thaw and drain hoses for teardown.
- Recognize and report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Snowmaking Team Lead.
- Perform snow removal and snow farming (including snowmaking and snow fencing).
- Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Work adaptable shifts, including afternoons, graveyards, holidays and weekends, in extreme weather conditions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

You Have

- Previous experience with snowmaking or terrain building, with an excellent safety record.
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of basic operations and equipment maintenance.
- The physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs, perform manual labor, stand for prolonged periods, and work in all outdoor conditions.
- Comfort working with high voltage and high-water pressure.




- A basic understanding of mountain resort maintenance and ski/snowboarding terrain needs.
- A team-oriented mindset and a desire to make a positive contribution to the entire resort.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
