Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator and Tractor Operator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring secure and efficient snow removal operations during winter months. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various tools and equipment. As a Snow Plow Operator and Tractor Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining clear and safe roadways for our community.

Duties

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways of snow and ice.
- Operate one of Tractor blowers
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on snow plow machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient snow removal strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues promptly.




- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience

- Previous experience operating heavy machinery, particularly snow plows, is preferred
- Familiarity with mechanical systems related to snow removal equipment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in various maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
