Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and inspire young athletes ages 4 - 9 years old in developing their soccer skills and teamwork. The ideal candidate will foster a positive environment, promote sportsmanship, and help players achieve their personal and athletic goals. Duties

- Plan and organize engaging soccer practices tailored to different age groups and skill levels

- Lead team drills, scrimmages, and games while emphasizing skill development and sportsmanship

- Provide constructive feedback to players to improve their techniques and understanding of the game

- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by enforcing safety protocols

- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport





- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding player progress and upcoming events

- Assist in organizing team events, tournaments, and community outreach programs

Skills

- Strong background in teaching or coaching youth sports, particularly soccer

- Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct players effectively

- Ability to demonstrate fundamental soccer techniques and strategies

- Experience with swimming is a plus, especially for programs that integrate multi-sport activities or water-based activities

- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children and adolescents

- Ability to create a fun yet disciplined environment that promotes learning and sportsmanship

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
