TQLA is looking for a creative, outgoing, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help grow our online presence and showcase our food, drinks, atmosphere, specials, and events.

We’re looking for someone who understands what performs on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and can consistently create content that makes people want to visit TQLA.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, and promotional content.
- Film and edit food, cocktails, customers, events, and restaurant atmosphere
- Manage TQLA’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence
- Post consistently throughout the week
- Promote weekly specials, events, reservations, delivery promotions, and new menu items
- Stay current with trending sounds, formats, memes, and local trends
- Create content designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, reservations, and restaurant traffic
- Respond to and engage with comments and messages when required
- Help develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Attend TQLA during selected busy nights/events to capture live content




- Work directly with management on upcoming promotions and marketing priorities

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video
- Comfortable filming and editing Reels/TikToks
- Creative eye for food, drinks, hospitality, and nightlife content
- Reliable and able to post consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant workplace
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing/design apps is an asset
- Previous social media, restaurant, hospitality, nightlife, or content creation experience is preferred

Pay: $17.60-$35.24 per hour
