Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting complex enterprise-level IT solutions. The successful candidate will have robust full-stack and multi-tier development expertise, including REST APIs, SOAP/WSDL web services, JSON/XML messaging, web technologies, database platforms, and third-party system integrations.
The ideal candidate will also have proven experience leading technical teams, conducting solution design and code walkthroughs, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT solutions within structured and highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis in collaboration with Business Analysts and project stakeholders.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical solution design and architecture artifacts.
- Participate in architecture checkpoints and provide required technical support.
- Conduct solution design walkthroughs with technical and project teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Design, develop, code, and integrate system and solution components.
- Perform system unit testing and integration testing.
- Develop test cases and supporting documentation for unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with system testers to develop test cases for functional, performance, and vulnerability testing.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to system analysts, developers, and testers.
- Conduct code reviews and solution design walkthroughs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize complex applications and system components.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate their resolution with appropriate technical teams.
- Research emerging technologies and assess their applicability to client requirements.
- Develop technical recommendations, design alternatives, and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with project staff, external stakeholders, service delivery partners, and technical teams.
