About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect with a strong software engineering background to design and help implement secure, scalable solutions across digital identity, telecommunications, fraud prevention, and data platforms .

This is not an architecture-only role. You’ll work directly with engineering teams to build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, reference implementations, APIs, SDKs, and technically complex components where required.

The ideal candidate can move comfortably between architecture diagrams, source code, API specifications, cloud infrastructure, and technical discussions with customers and partners.

What You’ll Do

- Design end-to-end solutions across digital identity, fraud prevention, telecommunications, APIs, mobile technologies, and data platforms.
- Translate business and product requirements into practical architectures, technical designs, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Define service boundaries, data models, interfaces, authentication/authorization models, and integration approaches.
- Evaluate technology choices and architectural trade-offs across scalability, security, performance, reliability, cost, and maintainability.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural decisions.




- Contribute directly to software development, including APIs, SDKs, reference implementations, and complex technical components.
- Work closely with developers throughout implementation and production delivery.
- Design and evolve reusable platform capabilities for identity and fraud-prevention ecosystems.
- Support solutions involving SIM-based authentication, Number Verify, device intelligence, fraud signals, call intelligence, and telco-derived identity services .
- Design secure integrations using technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and mTLS .
- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern distributed-system patterns.
- Collaborate across cloud infrastructure, networking, data, security, observability, resiliency, and deployment architecture.
- Work directly with telecom operators, enterprise customers, financial institutions, technology vendors, and partners .
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution-design discussions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to strong architecture and software engineering practices.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles.
- Strong and recent hands-on software development experience .




- Proficiency in at least one up-to-date backend language such as Java or Python .
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .
- Solid understanding of API design, service boundaries, data modelling, asynchronous processing, caching, concurrency, and distributed-system patterns.
- Experience building cloud-native applications, preferably using AWS .
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS , or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, mTLS, and API security .
- Experience designing systems for scalability, availability, performance, observability, and operational resilience.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and modern data architectures.
- Ability to read, write, review, and troubleshoot production-quality code.
- Experience translating business requirements into architecture and staying involved through implementation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with external customers, partners, or vendors on complex technical integrations.

The Ideal Candidate You’re a hands-on architect and experienced software engineer who enjoys being involved from architecture through implementation.

You can design an end-to-end distributed system, explain your decisions to senior stakeholders, and then work alongside engineers to validate critical components in code.

You’re comfortable operating across APIs, distributed systems, cloud architecture, security, telecommunications, data, and digital identity , while going deep when required.
