Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they step in.
- Assist clients with booking appointments, answering questions about services, and providing detailed product demos when needed.
- Manage retail sales of spa products using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Promote spa packages and upsell additional treatments or products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, retail shelves, and treatment spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Support inventory management by merchandising products effectively and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding guest preferences, appointment schedules, and service updates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, cash handling procedures, and time management techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
