The Agency Development

Managers (ADM) own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve goals, and have the ability to "think big" while prioritizing and delivering bar-raising experiences to Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives (where applicable).
