Our client is a fast-growing online media company in the sports betting industry, building cutting-edge products with a world-class team using the latest technologies. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead their organic growth strategy across North American markets.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll own the evolution of organic growth across traditional search, AI-powered search, and emerging discovery platforms. You'll work at the intersection of SEO, AI, content, and product, helping shape how users discover content in the next generation of search.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute organic growth strategies across SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for North American-facing properties.
- Own and evolve the company's approach to organic visibility in an era of AI-powered search and generative engines.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams to translate insights into scalable growth initiatives.
- Analyze competitive landscapes, SERP trends, and algorithm updates to identify current growth opportunities.




- Drive visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered discovery platforms, and entity-based search experiences.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, and site migrations.
- Guide content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, internal linking, and evergreen content optimization.
- Run experiments, measure performance, and continuously identify new organic growth levers.

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of growing high-traffic, content-rich websites, ideally from the gaming industry .
- Deep expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Knowledge of AI search, AIO, GEO, and emerging generative search platforms.
- Experience developing data-driven organic growth strategies and turning complex insights into clear action plans.
