Staff Housing Caretaker

Part-Time16 -24 hours per week

We are seeking a Staff Accommodation Caretaker to join Scandinave Spa Whistler and oversee the day-to-day operations of our staff housing. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming setting while working closely with team members, HR, Maintenance, and contractors. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will make an impact by:

- Creating a welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive environment for staff accommodation occupants.

- Managing day-to-day staff accommodation operations, including move-ins and move-outs.

- Conducting monthly unit inspections and coordinating maintenance, repairs, contractors, and deep cleans.

- Supporting HR with accommodation administration, documentation, incident reporting, and payroll information.

- Responding to accommodation concerns and emergencies while providing appropriate guidance, support, and resources.

- Working collaboratively with HR, Maintenance, contractors, and occupants to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

- Resourceful and able to think on your feet when unexpected situations arise.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence; access to a vehicle is an asset.
