Hello, this is an ad for a live in superintendent position. Position is for part time hours only. The property is a 20 unit apartment building located in central Toronto.

- Superintendent must live on site in the building. A one bedroom / bathroom unit will be available, to be rented by the current superintendent.
- Responsibilities include rent collection, general maintenance (eg. cleaning indoors / outdoors, snow shoveling / grass cutting), customer service (eg. primary contact for tenants, showing vacant units to prospective tenants), and minor repairs (painting, basic plumbing, etc) as needed.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks as required (eg. mopping, vacuuming, garbage disposal, snow shoveling / lawn mowing).
- Superintendent experience is an asset, but not necessary.



Must have a clean background record.
- According to the size of the property, this position will only require 3
- 4 hours / week of work on average. Compensation will be a partial rent subsidy on the unit occupied by the Superintendent.
