Adora Bright Pediatric Therapy Services is seeking a Supervised Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) / Behaviour Analyst to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team.

Adora Bright operates across two locations in York Region and provides multidisciplinary services to children and youth with autism, ADHD, and other developmental, behavioural, social, and executive functioning needs.

This position is primarily focused on our older child and youth population, approximately ages 9–14. We are looking for a Behaviour Analyst who has strong experience with youth and is interested in developing advanced clinical skills while practising under supervision and within their authorized scope.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an experienced RBA in Autonomous Practice and will participate in assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, parent collaboration, clinical documentation, and ongoing evaluation of client progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and support comprehensive behavioural and skills-based assessments for children and youth, within authorized scope and supervision requirements.
- Develop individualized, age-appropriate intervention plans based on assessment findings and client/family priorities.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behaviour Therapists and ABA Assistants implementing assigned programs.
- Conduct direct observations, skill probes, interviews, and performance-based assessments.
- Analyze clinical data and make appropriate treatment recommendations in consultation with the supervising RBA.
- Develop and oversee programming targeting executive functioning, emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, self-advocacy, independence, social problem-solving, perspective taking, communication, and social skills.
- Apply ACT- and AIM-informed approaches appropriately within behaviour-analytic practice.




- Develop and oversee individualized and group-based social-skills interventions for older children and youth.
- Ensure intervention is developmentally appropriate and meaningful for youth rather than relying on early-intervention approaches designed for younger children.
- Incorporate assent, client choice, dignity, autonomy, and socially meaningful goals into assessment and intervention.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and competency support to direct-care staff.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers and provide parent consultation and training as appropriate.
- Collaborate with OT, speech/communication professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, data analysis, and supervision records.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation with the supervising RBA.
- Practise in accordance with CPBAO requirements, professional standards, ethical requirements, and the conditions of supervised practice.

Qualifications
- Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) as an RBA authorized for supervised practice, or eligible to pursue the applicable supervised-practice pathway.
- Graduate-level education meeting applicable requirements for behaviour-analytic practice in Ontario.
- Strong ABA assessment, intervention, data analysis, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Experience working with older children and youth, particularly ages 9–14, is strongly preferred.
- Experience with autism, ADHD, executive functioning,



emotional regulation, and complex social needs.
- Knowledge and practical experience with ACT and AIM is strongly preferred.
- Experience with social-skills assessment and intervention for older children and youth.
- Experience conducting or supporting functional, behavioural, skills-based, and performance-based assessments.
- Ability to supervise and provide meaningful feedback to Behaviour Therapists and ABA Assistants.
- Strong clinical writing, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to assent-based, individualized, ethical, and developmentally appropriate ABA practice.

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in a Behaviour Analyst who wants to develop expertise beyond traditional early-intervention ABA.

Our youth programming addresses increasingly complex areas such as executive functioning, psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, social relationships, self-awareness, independence, self-advocacy, perspective taking, and real-world problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will already have experience with youth assessment and intervention and be familiar with ACT/AIM, social-skills programming, executive functioning, and age-appropriate behaviour-analytic approaches.

This position offers the opportunity to develop these competencies while receiving ongoing supervision from an experienced RBA in Autonomous Practice and working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
