Primary Objective of the Position:

Assist in all aspects of arranging corporate travel within Cargojet with a focus on crew travel.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Crew Travel team, including workload distribution, training, guidance, and operational support.
- Ensure company travel policies, procedures, booking standards, and applicable requirements are consistently followed.
- Oversee and coordinate airline, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation arrangements for crew and other company personnel.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex bookings, travel disruptions, vendor issues, and other Crew Travel concerns.
- Manage hotel and ground transportation requirements, including vendor communication, performance, sourcing, and rate negotiations.
- Monitor travel costs, non-refundable tickets and unused credits, identifying opportunities to reduce travel expenses.




- Oversee invoice, corporate credit card, hotel, and ground transportation reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting records.
- Manage the MYID travel program and perform other Crew Travel duties as required.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- 1-2 years’ experience as a travel consultant or experience in airline travel services.
- College diploma in Travel and Tourism and or relative experience.
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
- Full understanding of airline rules and fares.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to work evenings and extended hours, if required.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform well under multiple deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
