Role Description This full time, on-site Supply Chain Analyst role is based in Burlington, ON.

The Supply Chain

Analyst will monitor and analyze demand and inventory data, develop forecasts, and support demand planning to ensure product availability and efficient production scheduling. This role will manage and optimize supply chain operations, including material flow, supplier performance metrics, and inventory levels, while identifying risks and improvement opportunities. The analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams,



and collaborate closely with purchasing, production, engineering, and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate master data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to cost, quality, and service-level targets across the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to support accurate forecasting and optimal stock levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable supply chain insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Supply Chain Operations, including production planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Excel, and data visualization or reporting tools is an asset.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, automotive or specialized vehicle industries, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
