They play a key role in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.

Job Requirements High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

Must be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN documentation

Previous experience in hospitality (bell attendant or concierge experience preferred)

Robust working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques

Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.

Exceptional conflict resolution, and objection handling skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to respond quickly in a agile and changing environment.

Physical ability to lift heavy luggage.

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Must be able to work different shift Morning and Evening including working on weekends and public holidays Job duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure





Assist with luggage handling and storage

Escort guests to rooms and explain room features

Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Arrange transportation (taxis, shuttle transfers coordination)

Supervise and schedule bell staff

Assign duties and monitor performance

Train new bell attendants

Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards are maintained

Maintain records of luggage movement

Prepare staff schedules

Report maintenance issues in lobby areas

Assist with VIP guest arrangements

.Coordinate group arrivals and departures

Maintain luggage storage area and tagging system

Handle guest requests promptly
