Mission Your Missions, with the support of a Team Leader, will be:

- Develop your own client portfolio: like an entrepreneur, you manage the entire commercial relationship-from prospecting to meetings, from negotiation to long-term loyalty.
- Act as a solutions provider: as an expert in your field, you advise both candidates and clients to ensure recruitment missions are carried out effectively.
- Source and interview specialized candidates:



understand their career goals and position them with our francophone and anglophone clients. University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Bilingual in French and English.
