About this opportunity:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support full-cycle recruitment across operations, finance, and selected technical roles. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong relationships, managing multiple priorities, and connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding. The role requires full fluency in both English and French to support candidates and hiring leaders effectively.

What You’ll Do:

- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging market insights, recruitment data, and talent trends.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including intake, job postings, sourcing,



screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding.
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to establish hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while managing recruitment logistics and administrative activities.
- Prepare offer documentation and ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 to 25 requisitions simultaneously once fully onboarded.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent scouting activities.
- Support talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diversity hiring objectives.
- Conduct basic market research, salary benchmarking, and competitive talent analysis.

Must Have

- 2+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring talent.
- Full bilingual fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Robust candidate sourcing, talent scouting,



and pipeline-building capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and influencing skills.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Nice to Have

- Experience using Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Corporate recruitment experience.
- Agency recruitment experience.
- Exposure to financial services or insurance industry recruitment.
- Experience supporting diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- Knowledge of recruitment reporting and talent market trends.
