Pay: From $30/hour

Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week | 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

Gutter Guys Plus is looking for an outgoing and motivated Part-Time Recruiter to help us connect with experienced gutter and siding subcontractors in London and surrounding areas.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, networking, and finding great talent. You’ll have the freedom to use different sourcing methods rather than simply waiting for applications.

What You’ll Do

- Find gutter and siding subcontractors through Facebook, Indeed, referrals, networking and local outreach
- Call and message potential subcontractors
- Visit local businesses, job sites and other locations to make connections
- Complete short phone screens with interested subcontractors
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential crews
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate qualified leads with management

What We’re Looking For




- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence required
- Available approximately 15 hours per week, between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM
- Comfortable making calls and approaching new people
- Friendly, confident and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Recruiting, sales, construction or skilled-trades experience is an asset, but not required
