Tandoor Chef
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef to join our restaurant kitchen team.
Main Duties
- Make naan, roti and BBQ items.
- Cook naan and BBQ properly with good taste, texture and appearance.
- Manage the tandoor during busy hours.
- Prepare orders quickly and on time.
- Prepare and organize tandoor items before service.
- Keep the tandoor and work area clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules.
- Work with other kitchen staff to keep orders moving.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant.
- Valuable experience making naan/roti and BBQ.
- Able to work with a tandoor oven.
- Able to work quickly during busy hours.
- Pakistani restaurant experience is an asset.
If you have good tandoor experience and can make great naan, we would like to hear from you. Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
