Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and coordination of staff and overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate operations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Price products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
- Participate in marketing plans and implementations
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer services
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Schedule:

- 40 hours per week; day and night shifts; schedule may vary according to operational requirements.

Computer and technology knowledge:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience with HRM and restaurant management software/tools

Supervision:

- 5-10 people
