About the Role

We are currently hiring Restaurant Crew Members to join our team at our Niagara Falls and St. Catharines locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are interested in building experience within the restaurant industry. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, work well with others, and can provide excellent service to every guest.

Candidates with experience in restaurants, fast food, kitchens, customer service, or cashier positions are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving shawarma, wraps, bowls, plates, and other menu items according to Shelby’s standards
- Providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Operating the POS system and handling cash transactions accurately




- Working efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and late-day rushes
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining area, washrooms, and exterior of the restaurant
- Following all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and quality standards
- Assisting with food preparation, stocking, and daily restaurant operations
- Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive work environment
- Completing opening and closing duties as required

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant setting.

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant, kitchen, fast-food, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred
- Food Handler Certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Flexible and consistent availability is strongly preferred
- Interested in steady, long-term employment and opportunities for growth
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
