About the Role:

We are seeking a bilingual Technical Business Analyst / Lead with a solid technical background in .NET MAUI, iOS mobile applications, and web tech (Angular/Blazor). You will act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, turning complex requirements into scalable enterprise mobile and web solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications in French and English.
- Bridge business needs with technical execution for .NET MAUI, iOS, and web (Angular/Blazor) platforms.




- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams leveraging Azure cloud, Azure SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Define UAT acceptance criteria, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide L2/L3 functional support.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 8–12 years of overall software development and/or IT business analysis experience.
- Technical background or deep familiarity with .NET MAUI, iOS, and web frameworks (Angular/Blazor).
- Experience working within Microsoft Azure environments and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent solution design and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Canadian French and English fluency (written and spoken).
- Willingness to work onsite in Montreal.
