Technical Recruiter

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days onsite) Downtown

Duration: September 21, 2026 to March 19, 2027

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $41.25/hr

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a global delivery initiative focused on vendor management, candidate onboarding, and data administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in IT recruitment and administrative operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing onboarding activities, reviewing candidate qualifications, maintaining accurate data records, and coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage demand files and support onboarding activities for multiple vendors
- Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records and documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
- Track onboarding progress and ensure completion within established timelines
- Prioritize competing demands in a high-volume workplace




- Provide administrative support related to recruitment and onboarding activities

Required Qualifications Must-Have Skills
- 2 to 4 years of IT recruitment experience
- 2 to 4 years of strong administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Post-secondary education

Preferred Background
- Experience reviewing resumes and matching candidate skills to role requirements
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding process workflows
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Ability to build effective relationships with vendors and internal teams

Team Environment
- Collaborative team consisting of 6 full-time team members and 1 contractor
- Comprehensive training period of approximately 3 weeks
- Approximately 2 hours of meetings per day
- Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
