Role Description The Technical Sales Representative is a full time remote role responsible for promoting and selling ElectriXwest’s product offerings within the assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and providing technical product information and recommendations. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and identifying new sales opportunities.

The Technical Sales

Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery,



while providing ongoing product training and support to customers as needed. This position requires regular virtual meetings, proactive communication, and effective time management in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, including experience with technical products or solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to provide product demonstrations and support customer education.
- Experience in electrical products, industrial distribution, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM software, email, and online meeting tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is an asset.
