Location : Ottawa / Toronto - Canada (Hybrid)

Key Profile: Technical Writer + Data Warehousing, with Databricks and Medallion Architecture as strong advantages.

Brief :

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably documenting enterprise technology, data platforms, frameworks, APIs, or developer platforms.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand application and data architectures.
- Valuable understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, including dimensional/data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data integration.
- Experience documenting technical frameworks and explaining how other teams can consume, configure, integrate, and extend them.
- Ability to independently interact with technical SMEs and extract the information required to build complete documentation.




- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the current-state framework, its architecture, components, data flows, dependencies, and integration patterns.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation covering:

o Framework architecture and key components o Framework capabilities and supported use cases o How applications and data teams can consume and integrate with the framework o Configuration and implementation guidelines o Data flows and processing patterns o Developer onboarding and getting-started guides o Technical workflows and operational procedures o Best practices, standards, and reusable implementation patterns o Troubleshooting and FAQs
