Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our industrial manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and systems. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, boilers, and electrical installations to ensure reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics and analysis skills.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, mechanical adjustments, low voltage electrical work, and HVAC servicing to restore equipment functionality promptly.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and plan future tasks.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals to execute precise repairs or modifications.




- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to industrial electrician practices, welding procedures, and boiler operations.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices within manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience with CMMS software for effective maintenance management.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in welding and boiler systems.
- Electrical experience focusing on low voltage systems and industrial electrical components.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and perform analysis for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly and efficiently.
