Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Tooling Engineer in Windsor, Ontario, to support our New Model Team. This role combines program management, tooling coordination, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tooling Engineer, you will coordinate recent product launches, track sourcing for equipment and tooling, and participate in design reviews. Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation are essential, along with a background in stamping and welding.

You will manage engineering changes and mentor manufacturing engineers while collaborating with purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and follow up on new product launches
- Source and track equipment and weld fixtures
- Participate in design reviews for tooling
- Order materials for early builds and customer parts
- Manage engineering changes and approvals

Requirements:

- Experience in program management
- Background in stamping and welding
- Tool and Die certification preferred
- Degree in Engineering recommended
- Ability to mentor manufacturing engineers
