Position: QA Engineer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60 - $112/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Perform manual and automated testing and document results with clear, reproducible steps.
- Identify, log, and track bugs with structured reporting.
- Evaluate and rate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback and annotations to improve output quality.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine evaluation guidelines and testing standards.

Requirements

- Proven qualified experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Test Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong grasp of QA fundamentals: test case design, bug tracking, regression testing, manual and automated testing.
- Expertise in test case design, bug tracking systems, and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly through both written reports and verbal discussions.
