This key role involves maintaining plant equipment and enhancing processes to ensure uninterrupted production. Your hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair will play a crucial part in our commitment to excellence and innovation in automotive manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair machinery to improve efficiency
- Ensure uptime through effective preventative maintenance
- Weld and fabricate using mills and lathes
- Troubleshoot a variety of mechanical and electrical assignments

Requirements:

- Valid Millwright Certificate or Red Seal License required
- Apprenticeship completion or 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting
- Availability for rotating shifts at our facilities
