Job Summary

Trail Little League (TLL) is seeking an organized, motivated, and community-minded individual to serve as Operations Coordinator. Reporting to the TLL President, this part-time, 2 year term provides administrative and operational support to the volunteer Board of Directors and is instrumental to support the successful delivery and continued growth of baseball programs and events.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain and develop policies and procedures ensuring alignment with Little League regulations
- Prepare annual society reports and required filings
- Coordinate board communications and records
- Maintain website and social media channels
- Communicate effectively with Board of Directors and external partners
- Coordinate sponsorship programs and business outreach
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Research, identify and pursue grants
- Support fundraising initiatives to enhance league programs and financial sustainability of TLL
- Coordinate facility bookings
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of camps, development programs, tournaments and championships
- Assist with registrations, schedules, insurance,



permits and volunteer support

Skills and Abilities

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with website maintenance and social media
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Nonprofit, sports, or volunteer organization experience is an asset
- Grant-writing or fundraising experience is an asset
