- Promote and sell travel packages, upgrades, and ancillary services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently before, during, and after trips
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and payment details using reservation systems
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, industry regulations, and destination information to offer expert guidance




- Collaborate with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals for clients

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality practices enhances your ability to recommend suitable options
