Duties

- Measure, cut, and assemble upholstery materials using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fitting and finishing
- Operate woodworking machinery, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, and other manufacturing equipment to craft frames and support structures
- Apply foam padding, fabric, leather, or other coverings onto furniture frames with accuracy and care
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards throughout the production process
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely to facilitate assembly and transportation within the warehouse or workshop
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace by properly handling waste materials and ensuring all tools are stored correctly after use
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects

Experience

- Proven experience in upholstery work within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Skilled in woodworking, machining, or carpentry with a solid understanding of mechanical principles
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, power tools, hand tools, and their safe operation
- Warehouse experience including heavy lifting, material handling, and inventory management preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques related to furniture or custom builds is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints for accurate assembly and upholstery placement
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in manufacturing processes
