Key Responsibilities

- Supervisory responsibilities

- Train and develop valet drivers to meet site expectations

- Hold drivers accountable

- Coordinate with all stakeholders including guests, clients, and employees

- Revenue management

- Tips management

- Coordinate with Headoffice

- Valet Responsibilities

- Greet guests by opening their door as they arrive

- Park guests’ vehicles safely in designated parking spots





- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage and other needs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet bay at all times

- Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service

Qualifications

- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record

- Prior lead or management experience overseeing a team in the hospitality industry

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Assets

- Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field

- Ability to speak additional languages

Compensation

- $20+/Hourly – Varies between locations.
