We have a high-profile clientele and provide valet services at many upscale locations and events

Who you are

- Customer service-oriented and enjoys interacting with people

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and impeccable personal presentation.

- Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail

- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests by opening their door as they arrive

- Park guests’ vehicles safely in designated parking spots

- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage and other needs

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet bay at all times





- Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members

- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service

Qualifications

- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Assets

- Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field

- Ability to speak additional languages

Compensation

- Starting at minimum wage per hour plus gratuities – Varies between locations.
