We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Casual Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule:
Weekends ONLY – Saturdays & Sundays
Casual position
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments
- Communicating with veterinarians and veterinary support staff
- Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
- Helping maintain a positive and effective client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous veterinary clinic or reception experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy,
fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable and able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other animals
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
