Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Industry: Mining & Metals The Opportunity A publicly listed mining company entering its next stage of growth is seeking a senior investor relations qualified to broaden its presence across the North American capital markets.

This is a highly visible role for someone who can confidently represent the company, communicate its investment story and bring an established network across the mining capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, bankers and high-net-worth investors
- Leverage an established network to broaden the company’s investor reach
- Present the company’s strategy, projects and investment case
- Represent the business independently at trade shows, conferences and investor meetings




- Support investor presentations and corporate communications
- Work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to increase market visibility

Candidate Profile

- Senior investor relations, corporate communications or capital markets experience within mining
- Established network across the Canadian and/or US mining investment community
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience representing publicly listed mining companies
- Comfortable travelling and acting as a senior external representative of the business
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially minded
- Spanish and Latin American mining experience would be highly advantageous
